My husband and I had a dream to keep our existing home in its beautiful location but to change the majority of its internal layout which was just not a functional floor plan.

We knew what we really wanted to achieve, we even had a list, however; neither of us have the vision that others are gifted with to picture it all done.

We had two contractors come in to our home and talk to us. We discussed what we had in mind and reviewed “the list”. Neither of them called us back. My husband and I felt lost. I shared my problem with a parent at my daughter’s school and they suggested Wall2Walls. I was excited because this referral came with the highest of recommendations.

On February 1st, 2006 Douglas Byrd came into our home sat down and listened to what we were trying to accomplish. He understood and explained how we could achieve everything on our list and showed us how he could make it work. For example we needed an extra bedroom. Doug’s response was “pop out this huge indented front porch and this will give you your bedroom and a much larger kitchen”. Our next step was to hire an architect and let Doug lay it all out for him. The day the architect and Doug came by with the plans for our new home my husband and I just flipped. There was our dream home, all we imagined, it would work. Doug then drew up a contract. We signed, packed up our home and we moved out.

Workers promptly started demolition. Our home was completely torn down on the inside. The only thing standing were concrete walls and of course main support walls. At this point we saw a lot of C.J. and the great group of employees at Wall2Walls. All of the employees are good people, from the tear out crew to the electrician to the plumber and so many more. We grew to know all of them and we miss them.

As we progressed we added some things here and there and each addition to our list was quoted up front and the price honored. The quality of the work was superior. My 87 year old grandfather owned a construction business in his day and he was impressed with the work the crew did even though it did not have to be done according to code, Wall2Wall believes in quality.

We now live in the home of our dreams. We could not be more pleased. There were no surprises, the price was as quoted, the work done better than expected and we would gladly let anyone interested, come in to our beautiful home as proof of what a wonderful company Wall2Walls is. Our family recommends them highly.

Our family was very satisfied with the job done by Wall 2 Walls construction. They put an addition on our house, adding a bathroom and two bedrooms. From the beginning to the very end, they were very helpful and supportive. We were not sure exactly what we wanted and how to do it. The team worked with us on several ideas, finally helping us settle on the floor plan. The working crew was very professional. They were always respectful and asked our opinions on many areas. Because we sometimes have a hard time making decisions, we let them choose a lot of the amenities. We were very pleased with the results. When we changed our mind about where we wanted a doorway, they did not moan and groan, they made the necessary changes to make us happy. In the end, we have a beautiful addition to our house. We would highly recommend Wall 2 Walls construction to anyone looking for affordable yet top notch construction.
